How many days will it take to ship after placing an order?

We will ship as soon as possible the next day.

Do you rent demo machines?

yes. We rent for a maximum of 2 weeks. Please contact us here. If you wish to extend, please contact us separately.
*Shipping is handled by cash on delivery. If cash on delivery is not possible, please contact us separately.

Can you lend me a replacement device while the purchased product is being repaired?

yes. We will lend you a replacement machine during the repair period.

Can I make a special order request?

yes. We accept a wide range of requests from single optical components to complex optical units. Please contact our sales team first.

Could you send me a price list?

We do not send price lists. We sincerely apologize for not being able to meet your request.

About quality assurance

  • In principle, the product warranty period is one year from the date of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages (loss of business profits due to business interruption, etc.) caused by defects, failures, or use of products.
  • Product defects, failures, or damages caused by the following factors are excluded from the scope of warranty.
  1. If the customer makes a mistake in using the product, or remodels, adjusts, or replaces parts, etc., by someone other than our company.
  2. Failure or damage caused by improper handling by the customer, such as dropping or impact during transportation or movement after delivery.
  3. Failure and damage caused by other devices connected to our products.
  4. Failure or damage caused by external factors such as fire, salt disaster, gas damage, lightning strike, earthquake, wind and flood damage, other natural disasters, or abnormal voltage.
  5. Damages and losses caused by handling export restrictions in relation to our products.
  6. Damages and losses caused by matters that could not have been foreseen with the scientific and technological standards at the time of contract with our company or at the time of shipment.
