Operating principle
A striped pattern is projected onto the workpiece using the AF pattern for autofocus. The striped pattern reflected on the workpiece is captured by the imaging device together with the workpiece image illuminated by the illumination, and after being split by the beam splitter, passes through the optical path difference optical system and is detected by two line sensors (main and sub). . Even if the focus position is deviated, it is possible to detect the deviation direction by comparing both, realizing high-speed tracking.
